    Cased and Engraved Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver with Accessories Serial no. 64731, .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel marked: ADDRESS COL. COLT LONDON. Blued finish with case-hardened frame. Front bead sight. Brass triggerguard and backstrap. Custom Late engraving throughout gun. Contained in associated case with London features including Dixon marked flask, Eley Bros (London marked) caps, L shaped screwdriver, key and a few lead balls. Property from the Estate of John R. Eckel, Sr.

    Condition: Good to very good as refinished and configured. Retaining most of finish with areas and patches of staining and spotting due to poor refinishing and repairs under barrel. Wedge and loading lever possibly replaced. Barrel markings are spurious and have not been confirmed. Later engraving in good condition. Grips revarnished. Case with moderate wear, dings and light separations. Accessories ok as later additions. Action ok. Bore dark.
