DescriptionVIS-Radom Model 35 Semi-Automatic Pistol. Serial no. G 7327, 9mm, 4 1/2-inch barrel with standard fixed sights. Blued finish. Checkered hard rubber grips with FB logo on left grip and VIS on right panel. Lanyard ring. Large quantities of this Polish pistol were made for and used by the Germans during WWII. This example, with German acceptance stamps is one of those. Commonly called the Radom after its place of manufacture, the Poles call it the "VIS" which is the abbreviation for Vilniegzyc and Skrzypinski, the designers.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 65-75% finish with a plum brown patina, thinning at relief edges, handling wear and fine pitting. Grips showing very light scratches. Action crisp. Bright bore.
