    U.S. Colt Model 1911 Semi-Automatic Pistol Manufactured 1917. Serial no. 167040, .45 ACP caliber, 5-inch barrel. Blued finish. Right side of slide marked: MODEL OF 1911 U.S. ARMY. Left side of frame marked: UNITED STATES PROPERTY. Frame above magazine release with GHS inspector's proof. Checkered walnut grips Integral lanyard ring. Two-tone magazine. Manufactured 1917.

    Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 10-15% blue primarily in protected areas with the balance a mottled gray-brown patina. Grips are good with moderate handling wear. Magazine with moderate pitting and slight traces of finish. Good bore with light wear.
