Description
Swedish Mauser 42 Dated Commercial Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with Leather Holster.Serial no. 7721w [all parts matching], 7.65mm, 3 7/8-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Toggle marked with MAUSER banner. Checkered walnut grips. Lanyard ring. Sold along with two aluminum based magazines, each numbered 7721. Contained in unmarked leather holster.
Note: The Luger's that fall into the 6000w-8000w serial range were all commercial contract pistols, this one being sold to Sweden.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 90-94% finish with noticeable loss to right side of frame, along with light handling wear and fine pitting. Vibrant straw colors. Grips showing a few scuffs. Action needs adjustment, will not fully open. Strong bore. Light cracking and discoloring to leather.
