    Remington Rand Model 1911 A1 U.S. Army Semi-Automatic Pistol with Leather Holster.
    Serial no. 1578225, .45 caliber, 5-inch barrel with standard fixed sights. Parkerized finish. British proofs to right side of barrel, slide and frame. Grip safety. Checkered hard rubber grip panels. Lanyard ring. Contained in Bauer Bros. leather holster. Sold along with holster box and three extra magazines.

    Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 94-96% finish with thinning to relief edges, few scattered scuffs and fine patches of pitting. Grips excellent. Action crisp. Bright bore. Minor wear to leather. Heavy damage and loss to box.
