    Rare German S/42 Code Navy G Date Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with Leather Holster.
    Serial no. 2516f [all parts matching], 9mm, 4-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. G marked, indicating it was manufactured in 1935 and that it was a North Sea issued Luger. Checkered walnut grips. Front grip strap stamped: (eagle) / M / N / 1410. Lanyard ring. Two aluminum based magazines marked: N / 1410 / 2516 / f and N / 1410X / 2516 / f. Contained in leather holster stamped: NYPPEL & BORNS / HANNOVER / 1936.
    Note: The "G" dated Luger's are rare as many were lost at sea during battle. Approximately 20,000 were procured in this block based on the book "Third Reich Luger".

    Condition: Very good as partially restored. Retaining approximately 60-70% of a thinning finish with handling wear and fine patches of pitting. 50-60% straw color remaining. Some checker flattening to grips. Action Crisp. Lightly pitted bore. Some noticeable cracking and marks present on leather.
