    German Simson & Co. Model P08 Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol. Serial no. 9242, 9mm, 4-inch barrel with dovetailed sight and numbered on bottom. Unmarked chamber. Straw finished take down lever, wide trigger and safety. Safety stamped: GESICHERT. Left side of slide serialized. Right side of slide with proofs. Blued finish. Lanyard loop and shoulder stock lug. Single aluminum base magazine with matching numbers. Checkered walnut grips. Condition: Fine to excellent., as possibly re-done. Retaining approximately 94-98% finish with wear to straw colored elements and some relief edges. Barrel shows pitting at the muzzle. Grips very good with light wear. Mechanically crisp. Bright bore.
