    German S-42 G Date Luger Pistol with Holster.
    S-42 G Date Lugers were manufactured by Mauser in 1935 only.

    Serial no. 6964, 9mm, 4-inch barrel. Toggle marked: S42. G on top of breech. Under the barrel at breech is marked: 8,82. Blued finish. Matching numbers on the gun. Right side of frame with German acceptance marks. Left side of frame with importer's stamp. FXO magazine. Checkered walnut grips. Contained in black leather modern reproduction holster. Reverse marked: PO8. Sold together with two extra unmarked magazines.

    Condition: Excellent as refinished. Retaining approximately 94-98% of a later re-finish. Light high point edge wear. Some polishing marks visible below finish on barrel and frame. Grips are fine and are replacements. Bore is excellent. Holster excellent.
