    Description

    German Model P08 Artillery Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol. Serial no. 4661a, 9mm caliber, 8-inch barrel with fixed front and tangent rear sights. Blued finish, the smaller parts strawed. All visible numbers matching except magazine. Marked 1918 on top of the receiver and DWM on the toggle. Numerous Imperial German proofmarks on the right side of the receiver. Mis-numbered wood base magazine. Checkered walnut grip panels.
    Condition: Excellent. Retaining approximately 97-98% finish, the remainder worn thin on the high spots with some occasional fine pits and scratches. Gripstraps with a few scattered thin areas and light surface rust. Modest wear to grips. Crisp action. Bright bore.
