Description
German Model P08 American Eagle Semi-Automatic Pistol. Serial no. 6242, 7.65 caliber, 4 3/4-inch barrel. Blued finish. Matching numbers to front of frame and small parts. American eagle on top of breech. Right side of frame marked: A.F.STOEGER INC/NEW YORK. Left side of frame with [crown]/N. Straw color to small parts. Checkered walnut grips. Sold together with one wood-based aluminum magazine not numbered to the gun. Condition: Fair. Retaining approximately 25-35% blue finish with the balance fading to thin gray. Scattered patches of fine pitting on barrel and gripstrap. Bright, strong bore with fine pitting. Grips fair with three initials crudely carved in left grip panel, heavy wear and soiling throughout.Auction Info
