    German Mauser Banner Model P08 1939 Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster. Serial no. 561/u, 9mm, 4-inch barrel with dovetailed sight. Chamber marked:1939. Side plate with rare Simson proof, an Imperial eagle over an italicized numeral 6. Blued finish. Two aluminum base magazines with matching serial numbers. Checkered walnut grips. Contained in russet brown leather holster marked: SCHAMBACH & CO./BERLIN/1939/[Reich eagle]. Luger tool in holster. Condition: Excellent as partially refinished. Retaining approximately 96-98% finish with slight wear to some relief edges. Grips excellent. Action crisp. Bore excellent. Holster fine to excellent with light wear and scuffs. From the Collection of Douglas Smith, offered without consignor reserve.
