Description
German Mauser 1941 Dated Commercial Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with Leather Holster.Serial no. 637[all parts matching], 9mm, 3 7/8-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Toggle marked with MAUSER banner. (eagle)/655 proof to left side of barrel. (eagle)/N proof to frame and toggle. Checkered walnut grips. Lanyard ring. Two aluminum based magazines marked: 1 / 637 / (eagle)/C and 2 / 637 / y. Contained in leather holster stamped: OTTO SINDEL / BERLIN / 1941 / Police Eagle proofmark.
Note: These were manufactured in a very short production of 625 in 1941.
Condition: Excellent as refinished. Overall showing very light handling wear and very fine pitting. Grips with minimal scuffs. Action crisp. Strong bore. Second magazine has been numbered to match the other. Very minor scuffs present to leather.
