Note: According to Consignor, this gun was engraved by Dale Woody with the previous lot, DW Harris' Remington 1911 A1 gun in hand, the idea was to try and make it into an exact copy of it. It is important to stress that Texas engraver David Wade Harris, who is still active in Granbury, TX, learned his craft from Weldon Bledsoe who learned the Cattle Brand design from Cole Agee.
