    Description

    Colt Model 1900 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Sight Safety.

    Serial no. 1353, .38 rimless caliber, 6-inch barrel with fixed front sight and rear sight safety. Case-hardened hammer and trigger. Rampant Colt to left side of slide. Smooth walnut grip panels. Manufactured in 1901.
    Note: Sight safety in the upward position functions as the rear sight, when engaged downwards it acts as a safety, preventing hammer from hitting firing pin.

    Condition: Good. Finish primarily a bright grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Few minor scuffs present to wood. Action good. Lightly pitted bore.
