Colt Composite Model 1911 Semi-Automatic Pistol.Serial no. 5976S, .45 caliber, 5-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Colt conversion unit slide. Essex Arms frame. Blued finish. Checkered Colt / Pachmayr rubber grip panels. Grip safety. Lanyard ring.
Condition: Good as configured. Retaining approximately 20-30% finish of a mottled grey patina with noticeable signs of wear and pitting. Minor scuffs to grips. Action crisp. Strong bore.
