    The Colt / John M. Browning Commemorative

    Cased Commemorative Government Model 1911 Semi-Automatic Pistol.
    Serial no. CJMBC2802, .45 ACP, 5-inch barrel. Blued finish with checkered wood grips. Gold accents and scrollwork on both sides of the slide commemorating Colt and Browning. Right side of frame reads 1911-1981. Contained in original Colt wooden box with blue interior made specifically for this gun. Also included is original literature and Colt brown box with styrofoam inserts. Key present.

    Condition: Excellent, showing minor storage wear. Dried grease throughout gun, should clean. Grips fine. Box exterior in very good condition, box interior with normal wear to lining but separations to brass plaque. Light oxidation to brass and metal parts. Brown box with heavy scuffs and tears, mostly to end flaps. Action good. Bore excellent.
