    Description

    Altered German DWM Model 1906 Navy Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol. Serial no. 6628, 9mm, 5 3/4-inch barrel with dovetailed sight and marked: M on bottom. Straw colored take down lever, wide trigger and safety. Safety double stamped: GESICHERT. Left side of slide with proofs. Blued finish. Grip safety. Lanyard loop and shoulder stock lug. Backstrap marked: W.D./246. Wood base magazine with matching numbers. Checkered walnut grips. Condition: Very good to fine as possibly touched up. Toggle and slide shows some pitting. Retaining approximately 92-95% finish with wear to straw colored elements and relief edges. Grips fine. Mechanically crisp. Bright bore. From the Collection of Douglas Smith, offered without consignor reserve.
