[Mickey Spillane]. Cased Colt MKIV / Series 70 Gold Cup National Match Semi-Automatic Pistol. Mickey's Piece. Serial no. SS4289, .45 caliber, 5-inch barrel with fixed front sight and micrometer adjust rear sight. Blue and satin nickel finish. MICKEY'S "PIECE" engraved into left side of frame. M stamped to each side of frame. Serrated trigger. Checkered Signature Model Pachmayr rubber grips. Grip safety. Contained in wooden display case with gold felt lining.

Very good to excellent. Retaining approximately 96-98% finish with light handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Few minor cuts and dings to grips. Action crisp. Strong bore. Normal storage and age wear to case. From the estate of Mickey Spillane.

NOTE: This lot falls under the Gun Control Act of 1968 and can only be delivered to a buyer who meets Federal and State requirements.

Requirements for Texas Residents

Fill out Form 4473 in person at our office

Provide a copy of his Texas DL or other state issued picture identification

Pass a background check on the FBI NICS website

Background checks and form 4473 are not necessary if the individual holds a valid Federal Firearms

CHL (Concealed Handgun License) holders will be required to fill out a form 4473.

Firearms can be shipped to Texas resident with an FFL or Collectors of Curios & Relics License ( C & R).

Collectors of Curios License holders are allowed to purchase specific guns as regulated by the GCA.

Texas residents who do not have a valid FFL license or C & R must provide an FFL dealer to handle the transfer his firearms.

Requirements for Out of State Residents

Please be aware of the changes in the laws of your state. Heritage is not responsible if you are the buyer and later find you cannot receive the item you have purchased.

Provide a valid FFL license or a Collectors & Curios license. It can be faxed to 214-409-1425

An unlicensed person must have a licensed FFL holder fax a copy of that holder's license to our Firearms Department. ( Fax: 214-409-1425)

An unlicensed person will need to fill out and fax a Transfer Form specifying the FFL holder he wants to handle his firearms transfer

The firearms will then be transferred to the FFL licensee.

A transfer agent will often charge $25 -50 to handle the transfer. Please address the cost with your agent.

A New Jersey resident must receive any firearm, antique or otherwise through a transfer agent or federally licensed dealer.

If you live in California and have a C & R license you may not have a C & R qualified handgun shipped to you directly. California state law requires that the handgun be shipped and delivered through a licensed FFL dealer.

New York Residents: A handgun may not be shipped directly to a C & R holder in the State of New York. Transfers of handguns must be handled through an FFL dealer.

Requirements for International Purchase

Any firearm that requires International shipping is classified as a "foreign export." Items which need to be exported outside of the United States become the sole responsibility of the buyer who must arrange for an exporter to ship his item. International buyers who purchase firearms that are designated as "FFL Required" must have a U. S. FFL Dealer/Exporter to receive any firearm and complete the delivery.
