    Rare Curiosa Combination Knife and Percussion Pistol.

    Approximately 15 1/4-inches overall. 45 caliber, 3 1/2-inch octagonal smoothbore octagonal barrel with hardwood curved handle, brass pins. Hammer in line with the breech. External mechanism. Replaced screws. Clamshell style guard with Gal-Leg / boot look to the trigger. 8 1/2-inch serpentine double edged blade. No markings present, but possibly mid-to late 19th century. Contained in associated wooden case.

    Condition: Good as configured, gray patina overall. Metal with some areas of mottled heavier patina. Handle with repairs and losses. Marred screws. Action good, bore ok.
