    Lot of Two Percussion Boot Pistols.
    Comprising: 1) Approximately .45 caliber, 2 3/4-inch round barrel with crossed sceptre proof mark near the breech. Underside of breech with identical proofmark. Scroll-engraved boxlock action. Smooth hardwood grip with vacant diamond-shaped German silver escutcheon. 2) Approximately .45 caliber, 1 3/4-inch barrel with crossed sceptre proofmark. Breech is stamped with dual crossed sceptre proofs. Engraved frame, marked: MOORE on the left and LONDON on the right. Engraved sliding safety.

    Condition: 1) Very good. Finish now a mostly smooth, mottled blue-brown patina with scattered patches of staining and fine pitting. Grip fine. Action good. 2) Good. Similar to #1 but with traces of surface rust. Hammer spur chipped. Grip fine. Action good.
