    Description

    German Flintlock Pistol I. M. Haman Ansbach 16 1/4" overall with 10 1/2" .58 caliber smoothbore octagon to round barrel inset in silver, A. Ansbach on the top barrel flat, the number 2 engraved at the tang. Barrel shows traces of fire blue but is mostly mixed gray and brown with a few areas of minor pitting. Brass front sight inset with an "X" base. Bright steel lock with crisp action marked I. M. Haman. Brass fittings , repaired at the front of the trigger guard. Stock has sharp edges, a few small dents and a tiny crack at the rear of the lock, grip with two panel checkering showing one area of minor wear.
