    Description

    English Officer's Flintlock Pistol. Unserialized, approximately .67 caliber, 6-inch octagonal barrel with fixed blade front and notched rear sights. Top of breech marked: London. Vine motif engraved hammer, sunburst-engraved lock with slide safety. Belt hook with engraved screws. Engraved brass triggerguard with panoply of arms and pineapple finial. Fine floral-engraved buttcap. Checkered, figured hardwood stock with brass pipe and fixed steel ram rod assembly.
    Condition: Fine. Minor age wear and handling marks. Steel a smooth gray-brown patina. Appears unfired. Hairline crack through stock at fore-end. An otherwise excellent example.
