    Early 19th Century Brass Mounted American Flintlock Holster Pistol. 13 1/4" overall, 8" octagon to round .65 caliber smooth bore brass barrel of irregular thickness, bearing three proof marks and engraved "Philadelphia", with small silver blade front sight. Lock marked "Booth" with reinforced pan and roller frizzen. Brass trigger guard with acorn finial, brass ramrod pipes, brass washers under engraved lock screw heads and ramrod with brass cap. Unengraved silver wrist escutcheon. The walnut stock with bag grip exhibiting flat sides. Overall excellent condition just showing some honest use, although there is an old, nicely repaired, crack, with no loss, through the upper wrist. Brass nicely hand polished. A very scarce and attractive American pistol.
