    Cased Double Barrel Percussion Pistol by Piper with Folding Bayonet.
    Approximately .52 caliber, 5 1/2-inch Damascus barrels with solid rib. Engraved lockplates marked PIPER. Blued triggerguard with engraving. Case-hardening traces to locks and hammers. 4 1/2-inch top folding triangular bayonet. Finely checkered one-piece stock with engraved steel furniture. Vacant German silver escutcheon. Contained in associated English case with inner label reading LANG / GUN & PISTOL MAKER / NO. 7 HAYMARKET / LONDON. Ramrod present. Light accessories including a bullet mold, London marked cap tin and brass powder tester.

    Condition: Very good to Fine. Retaining most finish throughout with areas of light pitting and thinning to finish. Stocks with some discoloration on wrist and minor scuffs. Interior case and accessories with moderate age wear, exterior case with major wear, scuffs and losses. Actions good, Bore ok with some pitting.
