    Description

    British Tower Percussion Pistol.
    NVSN, approximately .69 caliber, 6-inch round barrel . All metal parts finished in the white. Brass grip cap, trigger guard and loading rod ferrule. English proof marks on the barrel; lock faintly marked with a crown over GR and marked TOWER at the aft end of the lock. Integral, hinged loading rod. Mount for a lanyard ring though the one present is a make-do replacement. Walnut stock.

    Condition: Good. Metal surfaces with an overall gray patina with scattered areas of surface rust. Stock with a crack running from just beneath the lock to within 2-inches of the end of the stock on the opposite side. Another crack on the left side of the stock near the breech. Mechanically sound with a dark bore.
