Description
Lot of Two Pepperbox Revolvers.Comprising: 1.) Manhattan Percussion Pepperbox Revolver. Serial no. 140, .28 caliber, 2 3/8-inch barrel cluster. Top hammer. Double action. Engraved frame. Smooth walnut grip panels. 2.) Robbins & Lawrence Co. Pepperbox Revolver. Serial no. 3058, .31 caliber, 4 1/2-inch barrel cluster. Scroll engraved frame and breech. Smooth walnut grip panels.
Condition: Both good. Both finishes primarily a smooth grey age patina with scattered signs of wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs and dings to grips. 2.) Action needs adjustment.
