    U.S. Colt Army Model 1909 Double Action Revolver.

    Serial no. 49500, .45 caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Base of barrel marked: "UNITED STATES PROPERTY". Case-hardened hammer and trigger. R.A.C. stamped to right side of frame and base of grips. Smooth walnut grip panels. Lanyard ring.

    Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 60-70% of a thinning finish, with noticeable signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Tracking line to cylinder. Scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Lightly pitted bore.
