    Mass Arms Co. Adams Patent Double Action Pocket Model Revolver Stamped Jesse W. James.
    Serial no. 2672 [frame and cylinder], .31 caliber, 3 1/4-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Top of frame marked company address and patent dates. Checkered walnut grip. Grip cap stamped: JESSE / W. JAMES. Contained in unmarked leather holster.
    Note: According to Flayderman, only about 4,500 of these pocket models were manufactured.

    Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear, age and patches of pitting. Cylinder serial number mark is faint. Dings and scuffs present to wood. Action functions. Pitted bore. Cracking and discoloration present to leather.
