    Customized Colt Thunderer Double Action Revolver.
    Serial no. 108200, .22 caliber, 4 1/2-inch barrel with Hartford address and target sights. Left side of barrel marked: COLT D.A. .41. Blued and case-hardened finish. Left side of frame with 3-line, 3-date patent. Custom walnut grips. Contained in old tooled leather holster. Property from the Estate of John R. Eckel, Sr.

    Condition: Very good as configured. Retaining approximately 70-80% of a later applied blue now fading to a mottled blue-brown patina. Scattered patches of fine pitting. Muted case colors to frame and showing patches of fine pitting and fine scratches. Barrel and cylinder have been sleeved. Firing pin a replacement. Grips: Fine. Very good bore. Action good. Holster: Good showing some dryness.
