    Cased Hollis & Sheath English Tranter Double Action Percussion Pistol.
    Serial no. 6000, .36 caliber, 4 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Top of barrel marked: HOLLIS & SHEATH, MAKERS TO H.M.H. BOARD OF ORDNANCE LONDON. Lightly scroll engraved barrel, frame, backstrap, triggerguard and butt. Checkered walnut grip panels. Contained in original wooden display case with bullet mold, nipple wrench, and flask.

    Condition: Very good to fine. Retaining approximately 75-80% finish with thinning to relief edges, handling wear and patches of pitting. Minor wear to grips. Action good. Normal age wear to case and accessories.
