    Boxed Smith & Wesson Military & Police Second Model Double Action Revolver.
    Serial no. 25378 [barrel, cylinder and frontstrap], .38 Mil. caliber, 6-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer and trigger. Checkered walnut grip panels. Butt marked: U.S.N. / (anchor) / .38 D.A. / (arrow through S) / NO. / 1392 / J.A.B. Contained in original pasteboard box.

    Condition: Very good to excellent. Retaining approximately 95-97% finish, with a thin spot to each side of muzzle, minor handling wear and very fine patches of pitting. Faint tracking line to cylinder. Minor scratches to grips. Action good. Bright bore. Noticeable age and storage wear to box.
