    Pair of Large Philadelphia Percussion Deringers by Henry Deringer. .41 caliber, 3-inch faux damascus barrels with faceted tops and steel under-ribs. Breeches marked: P/Deringer/Philada. Engraved upper tangs, hammers and lockplates. Lockplates marked: Deringer/Philada. Checkered walnut stocks with engraved German silver furniture and German silver shield-shaped wrist escutcheons numbered 1 & 2 with Masonic angle. Wooden ramrods. Contained in an associated non-original red felt-lined walnut case with reproduction paper label for W.C. Allen & Co./San Francisco. Condition: Deringers: Both are very good to fine with scattered light wear and patina. Wood fine with light wear. Actions both very good.
