    Lot of Two Colt New Line Pocket Revolvers. Comprising: 1) Colt New Line Revolver. Serial no. 8726, .38 caliber, 2 1/4-inch barrel with 2-line Hartford address. Blued and case-hardened finish. Left side of barrel with etched panel reading: Colt New 38. Spur trigger. Inspector markings B and C on right side of grip frame. Rosewood grips. Manufactured 1875. Condition: Very good to fine. Barrel retaining approximately 35-45% blue, the balance a smooth gray-blue patina. Cylinder with approximately 20-30% primarily in the flutes. The balance a thin gray-blue patina with fine scratches and scattered patches of very fine pitting. Frame with vibrant case colors. Grips excellent. 2) Colt New Line Revolver. Serial no. 8125, .41 caliber, 2 1/4-inch barrel with 2-line Hartford address. Spur trigger. Inspector's marking B on right side of grip frame. Manufactured 1878. Condition: Good. Metal showing a smooth gray patina throughout. Grips very good with generous traces of varnish remaining. Scattered fine scratches. Action on both guns very good.
