Serial no. 2141, .22 rimfire caliber, 3-inch tapering blued barrel cluster. Eight shot fluted cylinder. Silver-plated brass frame marked: RUPERTUS' PAT. PISTOL MFG. CO. / PHILADA to right side. Left side marked: RUPERTUS' PATENT / JULY 19TH 1864. Case-hardened hammer and spur trigger. Smooth rosewood grip panels. Flayderman 8A-158.
Condition: Very good. Barrel finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered handling wear and patches of pitting. Retaining approximately 40-50% silver plating. Dings and scuffs present to grips. Lightly pitted bores.
