    Cased National Arms Co. No. 2 Single Shot Deringer with Lasserre New Orleans Knives Gambler's Set.

    Comprising: 1.) National Arms Co. No. 2 Single Shot Deringer. Serial no. 3338, .41 rimfire caliber, 2 1/4-inch barrel with fixed front sight. Nickel-plated finish. Scroll engraved frame and barrel. Spur trigger. Smooth walnut bird's head grips. 2.) Lasserre Fighting Dagger with Leather Scabbard. 14 1/4-inches in overall length. 8-inch dual sided blade. Brass blade guard. Silver and stag handle. 3.) Lasserre Push Dagger with Leather Scabbard. 7-inches in overall length. 3 3/4-inch dual sided blade. Horn handle with inlaid silver escutcheon engraved: LIZZIE. Each ricasso marked: LASSERRE / N. ORLEANS. All contained in wooden display case with red felt lining.

    Condition: 1.) Very good. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Noticeable scuffs, dings and bruising present to grips. Action good. Moderately pitted bore. 2. & 3.) Very good. Each showing traces of a blued finish, the balance a smooth grey patina with signs of age wear and fine patches of pitting. Edges good. Some cracking to leather. Normal age and storage wear present to display case.
