    Shipped to Houston, Texas in 1886.

    Colt Single Action Army Revolver with Factory Letter.
    Serial no. 110867 [frame, triggerguard and butt], .45 caliber, 4 3/4-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight. Nickel-plated finish. Three-line, three-date patent. .45 CAL stamped to left side of triggerbow. Checkered hard rubber factory grips, with carved Rampant Colt and eagle. Sold along with factory letter dated November 16, 2015, confirming information. Note: Gun was shipped to Comminge and Geisler, in Houston, TX, September 30th 1886 in desirable 4 3/4-inch barrel, .45 caliber.

    Condition: Very good. Retaining trace of original finish, the balance a smooth grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Smooth checkering, scuffs and dings present to grips. Action crisp. Moderately pitted bore.
