World's Columbian Exposition: Lot of Thirteen Railroad and Fair-Related Items. C.E. Dearborn, a railroad engineer, worked on trains in Chicago during the fair, as well as for a decade before and two decades after. This is a conglomeration of some of his passes and related items stretching back to 1884. An interesting group, including: an 1890 Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe ticket to Chicago from Wentworth; a Baltimore and Ohio RR 1892 pass to Chicago; a Chicago Rock Island & Pacific RR suburban roundtrip Chicago and Englewood pass; a Baltimore & Ohio Chicago June 27, 1893 pass; nine more Chicago passes from 1884 to 1913 and a Columbian Intramural route map and a discount coupon from shopping at the French Bakery. The lot consists of thirteen total pieces. Terrific for the Columbian, railroad and general history buff! From the collection of Norm Bolotin.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
