    GERMAN SOUVENIR STEIN ST. LOUIS WORLD'S FAIR LITHOPANES.

    5-1/2" high floral design German china steins with a black & white logo:  "Souvenir World's Greatest Fair - St. Louis 1904."  On either side of the logo is a flower and signed on the base - Made in Germany.  Quality china manufacture with one having a tiny top lip chip while the other is in near mint condition. NOTE: THESE WONDERFUL STEINS HAVE BEEN FOUND TO HAVE LITHOPANES IN THE BOTTOM OF EACH ONE. oNE PICTURES THE hALL OF vARRIED iNDUSTRIES WHILE THE OTHER PICTURES THE MACHINERY HALL. For those of you unfamiliar with lithopanes, this is a process of creating a picture by using different thicknesses of porcelain.
