    Yuri Gagarin Original Vintage German Ultra-Rare "Colorvox" Photo Card / Flexi Disc Record, Circa 1961. A 6" x 8" card with a color image of Gagarin on the front with a fanciful image of a Soviet rocket ship. This is a playable (at 45RPM) recording. The verso is set up as a postcard to be mailed. The German text translation: "The first person in the cosmos, Cosmonaut and comrade, Major Yuri Alexeyevich Gagarin / Report about the space flight, Yuri Gagarin's / Central Council of the Free German Youth, Cultural and sporting department Manufacturer: Budapester Schallplattenfabrik, order number: 4854/614..." We have never encountered this item previously. An interesting addition to any collection. Very fine.
