    Description

    X-15: NASA High-Speed Flight Station Memorandum Directly From The Armstrong Family Collection™, CAG Certified. One sheet, 8" x 10.5", dated January 24, 1958. From Walter C. Williams to the staff at Edwards Air Force Base in California. The memorandum informs the staff that NBC will be broadcasting a radio show featuring the X-15 and including interviews from Neil Armstrong, Jack McKay, Joe Walker, and others. Signed by Williams at the bottom in ink. Excellent with a flattened fold and a small amount of paper loss from where a staple was removed. Sealed in a numbered archival sleeve. CAG 100128-007. This lot will include a Statement of Provenance signed by Neil Armstrong's sons, Rick and Mark.
