Soviet Vintage Vostok 1 Rocket over Globe Presentation Display Originally from the Collection of Cosmonaut Anatoly Berezovoy. A 6" long metal rocket on a decorative bracket over a 2.5" diameter globe, all on an 8" x 2.375" x 0.875" wooden base bearing the Soviet metal crest and an engraved plaque in Russian that translates to "USSR - April 12, 1961 Yuri Gagarin/ First Cosmonaut of Earth". These 1961 models were presented to veterans of Vostok 1 in 1991 and this one comes from Berezovoy, a Cosmonaut who served as Deputy President of the Russian Space Federation. Excellent.
