All but two are signed by both crewmembers, missing only Gus Grissom from Gemini 3 and Ed White II from Gemini 4.

Gemini 5: August 21, 1965, signed: "Charles Conrad" and "Gordon Cooper".
Gemini 6A: December 15, 1965, signed: "Tom Stafford" and "Wally Schirra".
Gemini 7: December 4 1965, signed in black felt tips: "James Lovell" and "Frank Borman".
Gemini 8: March 16, 1966, signed: "Dave Scott" and "Neil Armstrong".
Gemini 9A: June 3, 1966 (machine cancelled), signed in blue ink: "Gene Cernan" and "Tom Stafford".
