Description

Nikkormat FT2 Single Lens Reflex Camera, Serial #5172071, in Outfit with Lenses, Flashes, and Case. Patnesky always had multiple cameras around his neck. One was a Leica, the others were usually Nikon products. Here is a mid-1970s black finish Nikkormat FT2 SLR body with a Nikkor 105mm f2.5 short telephoto lens. Two other lenses included- a 55mm f3.5 Micro- Nikkor (w/ instruction booklet), and a Sigma-Z 28mm, f2.8 wide angle (w/ instructions). Three flashes also included- a Nikon Speedlight SB-17, a Vivitar 285HV Zoom Thyristor (w/ instructions), and a Minolta Electroflash P. A 15" remote shutter release and a nice large Marsand case round out the kit. Nothing tested, condition appears excellent. From the personal collection of longtime NASA photojournalist Andrew "Pat" Patnesky.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
