    Neil Armstrong's 1990 Milwaukee School of Engineering / Experimental Aircraft Association Medal in Framed Display Directly From The Armstrong Family Collection™, CAG Certified. A handsome 62mm gilt medal, "EAA MSOE", featuring a torch and an eagle mounted on a red, white, and blue ribbon matted with 8" x 9" (sight size) certificate that reads: "The MSOE / EAA Medal Presented to Neil A. Armstrong For outstanding achievement and distinguished leadership in aerospace engineering while displaying those qualities that exemplify the spirit of the Experimental Aircraft Association and Milwaukee School of Engineering." Dated September 14, 1990, and signed by presidents of both organizations. Beautifully framed in gilt to an overall 14.5" x 17.5". Minor spots on medal, otherwise excellent. CAG 1002081-014. This lot will include an encapsulated CAG Photo Certificate with a Statement of Provenance signed by Neil Armstrong's sons, Rick and Mark.
