DescriptionNeil Armstrong's 1947 Blume High School Graduating Exercises Program, Wapakoneta, Ohio, Originally From The Armstrong Family Collection™. A 5" x 8" fold over brochure titled: "Blume High School/ Seventy-Sixth Graduating Exercises/ Baccalaureate May 25, 1947/ Commencement May 27, 1947" at Redskin Field. On the back is a list of graduates 1946-47 with "Armstrong, Neil Alden" second in alphabetical order. The inside gives the program order for both services. A true rarity. Blume High School yearbooks turn up occasionally (see Armstrong's personal signed copy in adjacent lot), but this is the first graduation program Heritage has encountered. Very fine. Sealed in a numbered archival sleeve, CAG 1002041-014. This lot will include a Statement of Provenance signed by Neil Armstrong's sons, Rick and Mark.
