THE MEN WITH THE "RIGHT STUFF"

Mercury Seven Astronauts: Photo Signed by All. A 1960-vintage NASA 8" x 10" B&W glossy montage photo, B-60-785, of an Atlas rocket with the images of each astronaut around at left and top. Each has neatly signed in black ink on their image, as follows: "Donald K, Slayton", "Alan B. Shepard Jr", "Walter M Schirra", "M. Scott Carpenter", "Leroy G Cooper Jr", "John H. Glenn Jr", and "Virgil I Grissom". Note the early, formal versions of their signatures with none of the later nicknames such as "Deke," "Wally," and "Gus." Purple ink printed caption in verso. Only the second of this particular signed image that Heritage has offered. A few light emulsion cracks, otherwise extremely fine.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
