    "America's Original Space Pioneers"

Mercury Seven Astronauts Color Photo Signed by All in Deluxe Matted Display. A 9.25" x 7.25" (sight size) NASA litho print of the popular image of the group posed in front of an F-106-B jet. It is signed by all seven in various inks, as follows: "M. Scott Carpenter", "Gordon Cooper", "J H Glenn Jr", "Virgil I. Grissom", "W M Schirra", "Alan B Shepard Jr", and "D K Slayton" (slightly faded). This photo was sold and framed by Gallery of History of Las Vegas in their inimitable style. Two informative engraved plaques flank the photo giving detailed information about the astronauts and their flights. These are all double matted in red and white linen with antique gold fillets and framed in blue enamel to an overall 34" x 17". An important group of American heroes in a display suited for any home, office, or institution. There is a minor scrape on the frame at top. Overall very fine. From the Collection of Dr. Bruce Wayne Overton.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
