    Gemini 8: Souvenirs from a 1966 Event in Wapakoneta Honoring Neil Armstrong Directly From The Armstrong Family Collection™, CAG Certified. An event ticket, No. 1, measuring 5.5" x 5", for a banquet held to honor the famed astronaut. Held on April 13, 1966, at Wapakoneta High School. The ticket bears an image of Armstrong in an illustrated helmet, along with a Corporation Seal from the Mayor of Wapakoneta. Also included is an honorary postcard, measuring 5.25" x 3.5", that reads "Wapakoneta Salutes Neil Armstrong, April 13, 1966, Command Pilot Gemini 8". Featuring a portrait of Armstrong imposed over an image of Gemini 8. Blank on verso. Both excellent and are sealed in numbered archival sleeves. CAG 1002086-012 and 1002011-017. This lot will include a Statement of Provenance signed by Neil Armstrong's sons, Rick and Mark.
