    Gemini 12 Flown American Flag Signed by James Lovell, on a Crew-Signed Mat. A 6" x 4" cloth U.S. flag that flew on the last mission of the Gemini program. It is mounted on an 8" x 10" mat board bearing the printed information: "This flag was carried onboard the spacecraft during the flight of Gemini XII, by astronauts James A. Lovell and Edwin Aldrin. November 11-15, 1966". The bold black felt tip crew signatures are beneath: "James Lovell" and "Buzz Aldrin". The flag itself has been signed on the lowest white stripe: "James Lovell". Not common in this format. Pristine.

    Included with this lot is a Certificate of Authenticity from the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation signed by Linn LeBlanc for the Lovell signature on the flag with two images of him signing it.
