DescriptionEd White II: Two Fraternity Certificates, Two Keys, and One Desktop Emblem from his Personal Collection. As follows:
Sigma Delta Psi: An athletic honorary fraternity. A framed (11.5" x 9" overall) membership certificate from the University of Michigan chapter, dated June 15, 1959. Also, a 1" tall key with "EHW" and "1959" engraved on the back.
Tau Beta Pi: An engineering honorary fraternity founded in 1885. A framed (11.5" x 9" overall) membership certificate from the Gamma Chapter of Michigan, awarded to White as a graduate of United States Military Academy class of 1952, dated December 11, 1962. Includes a 1" tall 10K gold key with "Mich", "White", and "52" engraved on the back. Also, a 4.75" x 2" large felt-backed key emblem.
The two small pins are attached to a vintage tie clip and chain, just as White wore them. Fine or better condition.
